Volleyball Recap: University Takes a Tough Playoff Loss

University and Winter Park squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but University had to settle for second. They lost 3-0 to the Wildcats. The Cougars have struggled against the Wildcats recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive lost meeting.

University's defeat dropped their record down to 6-17. As for Winter Park, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 16-5 record this season.

University does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Winter Park, they will square off against Timber Creek at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Wolves will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Wildcats surely won't give up without a fight.
