Basketball Recap: Starr's Mill Takes a Loss

Starr's Mill's game on Friday was all tied up 32-32 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell 70-62 to the McIntosh Chiefs. The Panthers haven't had much luck with the Chiefs recently, as the team's come up short the last seven times they've met.

Starr's Mill's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for McIntosh, their win bumped their record up to 4-7.

Starr's Mill has already played their next game, a 59-53 victory against Griffin on the 21st. McIntosh and M.L. King will round out the year against one another at at 1:00 p.m. on December 28th. M.L. King is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 51.8 points per game this season.
