Fletcher extended their postseason success on Friday against Oakleaf. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 33-30 win over the Oakleaf Knights. The 33-point effort marked the Senators' lowest-scoring contest of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Fletcher can attribute much of their success to McCarthy Crenshaw, who almost dropped a double-double with 12 points and nine rebounds. What's more, Crenshaw also posted a 50% three-point shooting accuracy, which is the highest he's posted since back in January of 2024.

Fletcher is on a roll lately: they've won 14 of their last 15 matches, which provided a nice bump to their 21-5 record this season. As for Oakleaf, their defeat dropped their record down to 18-7.

The two teams are set to take part in some playoff action in their next matches. Fletcher will challenge Tocoi Creek at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Tocoi Creek knows how to get points on the board -- the team has finished with 55 points or more in their past seven games -- so hopefully Fletcher likes a good challenge. As for Oakleaf, they will venture away from home to square off against Lake Howell at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Lake Howell is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 58.9 points per game this season.
