Softball Recap: Sterling Now 4-1 over Last Five Games

It's playoff time, and Sterling had no trouble coming through when it counted. They walked away with a 5-2 win over the Middle Township Panthers on Wednesday.

Sterling has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-11 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.6 runs on average over those games. As for Middle Township, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-10.

As of now, neither Sterling nor the Panthers have any future games scheduled.
