Basketball Recap: Annandale Has No Trouble Against New London-Spicer

It was a proper cat-fight when Annandale faced off against New London-Spicer on Friday. Everything went the Annandale Cardinals' way against the New London-Spicer Wildcats as the Annandale Cardinals made off with a 74-53 win. Given the Cardinals' advantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota basketball rankings (they are ranked 144th, while the Wildcats are ranked 345th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Annandale's victory bumped their record up to 7-8. As for New London-Spicer, they are on a 12-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-16.

Annandale didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 67-57 win against Foley on the 3rd. As for New London-Spicer, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, an 85-75 loss against Dassel-Cokato on the 4th.
