Basketball Recap: Washington Takes a Loss

Washington came up into this matchup off a tough 32-point loss last Tuesday. This time they kept things ultra-competitive, but unfortunately the final result was the same. They fell just short of Hamilton/Audubon by a score of 2-0 on Monday. Considering the last time the Purgolders couldn't score was back in December of 2024, the team can't take the result too hard.

Washington dropped their record down to 1-10 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for Hamilton/Audubon, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 12-5.

Washington wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Milwaukee Riverside on the 5th. Hamilton/Audubon has also already played their next game, a 48-46 victory against Milwaukee King on the 4th.
