Baseball Recap: Pflugerville Comes Up Short

Pflugerville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They lost 12-0 to the Georgetown Eagles. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-0 on Tuesday.

Pflugerville's loss dropped their record down to 8-18-1. As for Georgetown, their win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 16-12-1.

Pflugerville does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Georgetown, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Midway on the 26th.
