Basketball Recap: Cambria Heights Academy's Losing Streak Snapped at Seven Games

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against York Early College Academy, Cambria Heights Academy was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They pulled ahead with a 63-62 photo finish over East-West School of International Studies. The victory was some much needed relief for Cambria Heights Academy as it spelled an end to their seven-game losing streak.

Cambria Heights Academy's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-7. As for East-West School of International Studies, they are on a 15-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Goddard Communications Arts & Tech the next time they take the court. Cambria Heights Academy will host Goddard Communications Arts & Tech at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while East-West School of International Studies will head out to face them at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
