Basketball Game Preview: San Tan Foothills Sabercats vs. Globe Tigers

San Tan Foothills and Globe are an even 4-4 against one another since December of 2014, but not for long. Having just played yesterday, the San Tan Foothills Sabercats will get right back to it and host the Globe Tigers at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. San Tan Foothills will be strutting in after a win while Globe will be coming in after a defeat.

San Tan Foothills is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They took their game on Monday with ease, bagging a 61-28 victory over Apache Junction. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.

Meanwhile, it was a proper cat-fight when Globe challenged Benson on Friday. Globe came up short against Benson, falling 63-40.

San Tan Foothills pushed their record up to 3-1 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. As for Globe, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.

Everything went San Tan Foothills' way against Globe when the teams last played back in February, as San Tan Foothills made off with a 51-27 win. Will San Tan Foothills repeat their success, or does Globe have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
