Volleyball Recap: Southeast Alamance Takes a Loss + How To Watch

If Southeast Alamance was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of St. Pauls on Saturday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Stallions lost 3-0 to the Orange Panthers on Tuesday. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 back in August.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-20, 25-19.

Emily Troy paced Southeast Alamance's offense, picking up 12 kills. Troy got some help from Victoria Vazquez and her 25 assists. Finally, Zakiah Peterson kept Southeast Alamance's defense grounded, leading the team with three blocks.

Southeast Alamance's loss dropped their record down to 16-9. As for Orange, they now have a winning record of 12-11.

Southeast Alamance does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Orange, they will square off against Southern Nash at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Firebirds will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something the Panthers surely won't give up without a fight.
