There's no place like home for Northglenn, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They came out on top against the Prairie View Thunderhawks by a score of 44-36 on Thursday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 49-44 back in January.

When it comes to explaining why Prairie View lost, don't look at Elizabeth Scaff. Despite the final result, she posted 18 points. That was a full 50% of Prairie View's points, marking the fourth time in a row she's put up more than a third of the team's points.

Northglenn's win bumped their record up to 8-11. As for Prairie View, their loss was their 14th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-21.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Northglenn will take on Fairview at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Prairie View, they will challenge Boulder at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
