Roosevelt has gone a perfect 7-0 against Kailua recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Rough Riders will be playing at home against the Surfriders at 7:00 p.m. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Roosevelt is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Hawaii's top teams: Waipahu, who was ranked 16th at the time (Roosevelt was ranked 13th). The Rough Riders came out on top against the Marauders by a score of 3-1 on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Kailua got the win against McKinley on Monday by a conclusive 3-0. The Surfriders haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Roosevelt's victory bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Kailua, their win bumped their record up to 5-6.

Roosevelt came out on top in a nail-biter against Kailua when the teams last played back in September of 2024, sneaking past 3-2. Do the Rough Riders have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Surfriders turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
