Fraser won the last time they faced Sterling Heights Stevenson and things went their way on Thursday too. The Ramblers were the clear victors by a 13-3 margin over the Titans. Considering the Ramblers have won eight matches by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.
Fraser got a great performance from Camilla Dawood as she struck out six batters over 4.2 innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off seven hits (and not a single walk). Dawood has been consistent: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in five consecutive appearances.
At the plate, Fraser let Peyton Mckernan and Irelyn Bednarchik run wild. Mckernan went 2-for-3 with three RBI, two runs, and one triple, while Bednarchik went 3-for-4 with three runs, one double, and one RBI. That's the most runs Bednarchik has posted since back in April.
