Volleyball Game Preview: Logansport Berries vs. West Lafayette Red Devils

Logansport is 0-7 against West Lafayette since September of 2015 but things could change on Saturday. The Berries will face off against the Red Devils at 11:00 a.m. The two teams are strolling into their contests after big wins in their previous games.

Last Thursday, Logansport made easy work of Winamac and carried off a 3-0 victory. The win continues a trend for the Berries in their matchups with the Warriors: they've now won six in a row.

Logansport not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Winamac between 16 and 18 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-16, 25-16.

Meanwhile, two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only West Lafayette walked away with it. They blew past the Tigers 3-0 on Tuesday.

Logansport's victory bumped their record up to 12-19. As for West Lafayette, their win bumped their record up to 19-9.

Logansport might still be hurting after the 3-0 loss they got from West Lafayette in their previous meeting back in August. Can the Berries avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
