Baseball Recap: Benson Bunnies vs. Auburn Bulldogs
Benson had lost 23 straight on the road dating back to last season, but on Monday they dropped their record down to 0-13 to make it 24. They came up short against the Auburn Bulldogs, falling 22-0. The Bunnies were not able to make up for their defeat to the Bulldogs from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.
As for Auburn, they have been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 4.0 runs on average over those games.
