It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but George Wythe had no problem doing just that on Tuesday. They came out on top against the J.I. Burton Black Raiders by a score of 54-47. The Maroons are really starting to get used to good results now that the team has won 12 straight.

George Wythe pushed their record up to 25-3 with the victory, which was their tenth straight at home. As for J.I. Burton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 21-5.
