Basketball Recap: Alleman Takes a Loss

Alleman and Mercer County squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Alleman had to settle for second. They lost 66-45 to the Mercer County Golden Eagles. The Pioneers' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it nine in a row.

Alleman's loss dropped their record down to 4-27. As for Mercer County, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-17 record this season.

As of now, neither Alleman nor Mercer County have any future games scheduled.
