Basketball Game Preview: Arcadia Firebirds vs. Nandua Warriors

Arcadia is 0-10 against Nandua since December of 2019 but things could change on Tuesday. The Arcadia Firebirds will head out to square off against the Nandua Warriors at 5:30 p.m. Arcadia will be strutting in after a victory while Nandua will be coming in after a defeat.

Arcadia is headed into the matchup after thoroughly thrashing Northampton: they outscored them in every quarter. Arcadia was the clear victor by a 56-31 margin over Northampton on Thursday. The Firebirds have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five games by 20 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Nandua's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They took a 37-26 hit to the loss column at the hands of Salisbury Christian.

Nandua now has a losing record at 6-7. As for Arcadia, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-5.

Arcadia suffered a grim 55-31 defeat to Nandua in their previous meeting back in February of 2024. Can Arcadia avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
