Baseball Recap: Northwood's Winning Streak Snapped at Three Games

After flying high against Southeast Alamance on Tuesday, Northwood came back down to earth. The Chargers took a 5-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Seaforth Hawks on Thursday. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last four times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

Northwood moved to 13-9 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak. As for Seaforth, the victory (which was their 11th in a row) raised their record to 17-7.

As of now, neither Northwood nor the Hawks have any future games scheduled.
