Despite their loss, Lincoln saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. Addison Steger, who had six digs and four aces, was perhaps the best of all. Those four aces gave Steger a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Aeva Bacome, who had eight digs and three aces.
Grove City's defeat dropped their record down to 13-7. As for Lincoln, their loss dropped their record down to 12-6.
