After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Grimsley, Southwest Guilford was happy to have turned things around on Thursday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Ragsdale Tigers a 4-0 shutout. Southwest Guilford might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine matchups by four goals or more this season.

They hit Ragsdale with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Ali Bennett, Bella Johnson, Josie Tucker, and Katelyn Nguyen.

Southwest Guilford's victory bumped their record up to 14-6-1. As for Ragsdale, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 9-10.
