The Field Falcons will square off against the Springfield Spartans at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.

On Tuesday, Field got the win against Norton by a conclusive 14-1. The Falcons haven't had any issues with the Panthers recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, Springfield waltzed into their matchup on Wednesday with five straight wins... but they left with six. They blew past the Ravens 9-2.

Lilli Stokes spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered two runs (both of which were unearned) on seven hits. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than one walk in six consecutive appearances.
