Baseball Recap: Public Safety Academy Comes Up Short

Public Safety Academy managed to slip by Mesa Grande Academy the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Phoenix lost 8-2 to the Cardinals on Thursday. The Phoenix were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Cardinals earlier this season, when they won 7-6.

Public Safety Academy saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Phillip Ruiz, who went 1-for-2 with one double.
