Football Recap: Saint James Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Saint James lost against Tallassee back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Trojans fell 13-7 to the Tigers.

Mason Craig threw for 47 yards and one TD. Luke Catchings was his top target, picking up 49 receiving yards and one score. On the ground, Miles Zukowski rushed for 60 yards.

Trent Morris was nothing short of spectacular for Tallassee: he threw for 237 yards and a pair of touchdowns while completing 76.5% of his passes, and also rushed for 48 yards. That's the most rushing yards Morris has posted since back in November of 2024.

Saint James' defeat dropped their record down to 2-7. As for Tallassee, the victory got them back to even at 4-4.

Saint James didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 24-12 win against Munford on the 24th. As for Tallassee, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 35-0 victory against Talladega on the 24th.
