Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Northgate walked away with it. They took down the Springdale Dynamos 61-45 on Monday. This was payback for the Flames, who suffered an 81-60 loss the last time these two teams met.

Northgate has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 14-9 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 73.8 points over those games. As for Springdale, their defeat dropped their record down to 14-9.

Coming up, Northgate will challenge Neshannock at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Neshannock will roll in looking for their ninth straight victory, something Northgate surely won't give up without a fight. Springdale does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
