Basketball Recap: Hermitage Snaps Five-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

Hermitage won the last time they faced Columbia Christian and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Hermitage Hermits had just enough and edged the Columbia Christian Crusaders out 2-0. The two-point effort marked the Hermits' lowest-scoring matchup of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Hermitage's win ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-16. As for Columbia Christian, their defeat was their eighth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-11.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Bearden the next time they take the court. Hermitage will head out to face Bearden at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, while Columbia Christian will head out to face them at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
