Baseball Recap: Middleton Takes a Loss

Middleton lost against Chamberlain back in February of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Tigers came up short against the Storm, falling 12-4. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Dayvin Fisher was cooking despite his team's loss, scoring two runs and stealing a base while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances. Another player making a difference was Tate Hancock, who scored a run while going 2-for-4.

Middleton's record now sits at 4-17. As for Chamberlain, their win ended a 14-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-20.

Looking ahead, Middleton will take on Spoto at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. The Tigers are facing the Spartans at the right time seeing as the Spartans are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Chamberlain, they will challenge Riverview at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
