Football Preview: Century Centurions vs. Savanna Rebels
On Friday Century will have to hit the road after three straight games at home. They will challenge the Savanna Rebels at 7:00 p.m. Century is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 33.1 points per game this season.
Century will bounce into Friday's contest after beating Magnolia, who they had gone 1-8 against in their nine prior meetings. Century blew past Magnolia, posting a 31-0 victory at home. The result was nothing new for the Centurions, who have now won four games by 28 points or more so far this season.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Century to victory, but perhaps none more so than Daniel Joya, who threw for 141 yards and three touchdowns, and also rushed for 53 yards on only six carries. Derek Lemus was in the mix too, providing Century with two touchdowns.

The match pitted two dominant backs against one another in Jake Dorsi and Fabian Bravo. Bravo had a great game and rushed for 247 yards and three touchdowns. Meanwhile, Dorsi did his best for the losing side, rushing for 101 yards and a touchdown.
Century's win bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Savanna, their loss dropped their record down to 1-7.
