Football Game Preview: Booker Kiowas vs. Follett Panthers + How To Watch

The Booker Kiowas will head out to challenge the Follett Panthers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Booker is probably headed into the game with a chip on their shoulder considering Motley County just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Friday. They lost 60-38 to the Matadors. While losing is never fun, the Kiowas can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas football rankings (they are ranked 60th, while the Matadors are ranked eighth).

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Follett). They took their contest on Friday with ease, bagging a 79-50 win over Amherst. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Panthers.

Booker's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Follett, their victory bumped their record up to 2-3.

Booker suffered a grim 70-50 defeat to Follett in their previous matchup back in September of 2024. Can the Kiowas avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
