Basketball Recap: Dayville/Monument Drops Highest Score of Season Against Huntington

Dayville/Monument was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 23rd straight loss dating back to last season. They were a single point away from ending the streak, but they lost a 59-58 heartbreaker at the hands of the Huntington Locomotives. One positive for the Tigers, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Dayville/Monument's defeat dropped their record down to 0-22. As for Huntington, their victory ended a 17-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 1-18.

Coming up, Dayville/Monument will challenge Four Rivers at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Dayville/Monument is facing Four Rivers at the right time seeing as Four Rivers is stuck on a three-game losing streak. Huntington does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
