Recap: LaMoure/Litchville-Marion Loboes vs. Lisbon Broncos

The LaMoure/Litchville-Marion Loboes were the 62-47 winner over the Lisbon Broncos when they last played one another back in December of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. LaMoure/Litchville-Marion fell just short of Lisbon by a score of 56-53. LaMoure/Litchville-Marion has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Among those leading the charge was Emerson Schultz, who scored 17 points along with eight rebounds. That's the first time this season that she pulled down eight or more rebounds. Another player making a difference was Kaia Sweet, who scored 12 points along with nine assists and five rebounds.

LaMoure/Litchville-Marion's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Lisbon, their win ended a five-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. LaMoure/Litchville-Marion is on the road again on Thursday and play against Edgeley/Kulm/Montpelier at 7:30 p.m. on December 21st. Edgeley/Kulm/Montpelier knows how to get points on the board -- the squad has finished with flashy point totals in its past three games -- so hopefully LaMoure/Litchville-Marion likes a good challenge. As for Lisbon, they will head out on the road to face off against Wahpeton at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in North Dakota (Wahpeton is ranked 82nd, while Lisbon is ranked 72nd).
