Recap: North Quincy Raiders vs. Plymouth North Eagles
The North Quincy Raiders had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They put the hurt on Plymouth North with a sharp 42-21 victory on Friday. The win was just what North Quincy needed coming off of a 42-7 defeat in their prior game.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead North Quincy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Mikey Galligan, who threw for 151 yards and four touchdowns, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground. Another player making a difference was Ben Hudach, who rushed for 122 yards and a touchdown while picking up 7.6 yards per carry.
North Quincy's victory bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Plymouth North, they have not been sharp recently, as they've lost six of their last seven matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. North Quincy will have some time to savor their victory since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Quincy at 10:00 a.m. on November 23rd. Plymouth North will have plenty of time to ponder what went wrong as they've got a bye scheduled next week. After, they'll take on Plymouth South at 10:00 a.m. on November 23rd.
