Volleyball Recap: Lynn Classical Beats Chelsea for Their Fourth Straight Win

Lynn Classical had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Chelsea on Monday. The Rams put the hurt on the Red Devils with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win was familiar territory for the Rams, who have now won four games in a row.

Lynn Classical walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the second set). The final score came out to 25-19, 25-11, 25-21.

Leonardo Cruz Noguera paced Lynn Classical's offense, picking up 13 kills. Cruz Noguera got some help from Kenzel Lantano and his 18 assists. Long Pham controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Lynn Classical's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-7. As for Chelsea, they are on a 14-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-13.

Coming up, Lynn Classical will welcome Burlington at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday. The Rams are facing the Red Devils at the right time seeing as the Red Devils are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Chelsea, they will head out to challenge Somerville at 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday.
