Recap: Logansport Berries vs. Rochester Zebras
The Logansport Berries's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Wednesday after their seventh straight loss. They were outmatched by Rochester at home and fell 52-24. Logansport was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Rochester apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January of 2023.
Rochester's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Rylee Clevenger, who scored 14 points. The matchup was Clevenger's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Jadyn Field, who scored 11 points along with eight rebounds.
Logansport's defeat dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Rochester, they now have a winning record of 10-9.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Logansport will take on Marion at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. Marion is hoping to put an end to an eight-game streak of away losses. As for Rochester, they will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Lewis Cass at 6:00 p.m. Lewis Cass will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.
