Meanwhile, Crockett County earned a 46-39 victory over Fayette Ware on Friday. The Cavaliers haven't had any issues with the Wildcats recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Dyersburg pushed their record up to 24-4 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. The wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 28.8 points on average over those games. As for Crockett County, their win bumped their record up to 21-7.

Everything came up roses for Dyersburg against Crockett County in their previous meeting back in February, as the squad secured a 49-22 victory.
