Basketball Game Recap: Loyola College Prep Flyers vs. West Ouachita Chiefs

Loyola College Prep lost against West Ouachita last Monday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Loyola College Prep Flyers might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 62-13 to the West Ouachita Chiefs, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. While losing is never fun, the Flyers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Louisiana basketball rankings (they are ranked 1505th, while the Chiefs are ranked 137th).

This is the second loss in a row for Loyola College Prep and nudges their season record down to 1-13. As for West Ouachita, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 17-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Loyola College Prep will host Southwood at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for West Ouachita, they will be playing at home against Georgetown at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
