After a string of four wins, Rocky Ford's good fortune finally ran out on Thursday. They came up short against the Swink Lions, falling 15-6. The Meloneers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Lions earlier this season, when they won 15-12.

Rocky Ford's defeat dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Swink, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-5 record this season.
