Basketball Recap: Reidsville Piles Up the Points Against Walkertown

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Rockingham County, Reidsville was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They blew past the Walkertown Wolfpack 54-15. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Rams as it put an end to their five-game losing streak.

Reidsville's win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 2-6. As for Walkertown, they are on a 21-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Reidsville will head out to take on Rockingham County at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Walkertown, they will head out on the road to face off against North Forsyth at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
