Linton-Stockton won the last time they faced Eastern Greene and things went their way on Thursday too. The Miners blew past the Thunderbirds 3-0. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Miners.

Linton-Stockton walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-16, 25-17.

Linton-Stockton found their leader in sophomore Taylor Warrick, who had nine digs and five assists.

Linton-Stockton's victory bumped their record up to 15-5. As for Eastern Greene, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last seven games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-11 record this season.

Coincidentally, Linton-Stockton and Eastern Greene will both be playing North Central the next time they take the court. The Thunderbirds will host the Thunderbirds at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, while the Miners will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
