Volleyball Recap: Winner Extends Winning Streak to Five

Winner had already won four in a row and they went ahead and made it five on Monday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the Platte/Geddes Black Panthers. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 on Saturday.

Winner walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the third set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 21-25, 25-10, 25-21.

Winner's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Alice Wilson, who had 16 digs and three assists. That's the most digs Wilson has posted over her last six contests.

Winner's victory bumped their record up to 24-6. As for Platte/Geddes, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 12-18.

Winner does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Platte/Geddes, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 3-1 defeat against Ethan on the 28th.
