Basketball Game Preview: Badger Badgers vs. Union Grove Broncos

Badger is 1-9 against Union Grove since December of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Badger Badgers will look to defend their home court against the Union Grove Broncos at 7:00 p.m. Badger will be strutting in after a win while Union Grove will be coming in after a loss.

Last Tuesday, Badger strolled past Wilmot with points to spare, taking the game 59-45. The Badgers haven't had any issues with the Panthers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, Union Grove came up short against Elkhorn on Tuesday, falling 69-46. While losing is never fun, the Broncos can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 294th, while the Elks are ranked 71st).

Union Grove dropped their record down to 5-13 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for Badger, the win got them back to even at 10-10.
