Volleyball Recap: Williamstown's Losing Streak Snapped at Four Games

While Williamstown's win against South Harrison wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Yellowjackets won by a set and slipped past the Hawks 2-1. The victory was some much needed relief for the Yellowjackets as it spelled an end to their four-match losing streak.

Williamstown had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The match finished with set scores of 21-25, 25-18, 16-14.

Williamstown's win bumped their record up to 10-15-3. As for South Harrison, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 22-9.

Williamstown does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for South Harrison, they will challenge Lincoln at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
