The match pitted two dominant backs against one another in Drew Fox and Karsten Buller. Fox had a great game and rushed for 132 yards and two TDs on only eight carries. Meanwhile, Buller was balling out in the loss, rushing for 91 yards and a pair of scores on only seven carries.

Stratton didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Judson Isenbart and Von Isenbart. Judson got in on the action too, converting a pick into a touchdown.

The victory was the third in a row for Stratton, bringing their record up to 6-2. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 47.3 points over those games. As for Prairie, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-4.

Friday's game might be decided on the ground. Prairie has been excellent on the ground this season, having averaged 153.1 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Stratton struggles in that department as they've been averaging 190.9 rushing yards. There's a good chance Friday's matchup turns into a tough fight on the ground.

A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Isenbart, who rushed for 142 yards and two touchdowns on only five carries.
