Recap: Ahoskie Christian vs. Pamlico Christian Academy Mariners
After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Bethel Assembly Christian Academy, Ahoskie Christian was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They walked away with a 9-6 victory over the Pamlico Christian Academy Mariners.
Lauren Dickens was excellent, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 3-for-4.
Ahoskie Christian's win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Pamlico Christian Academy, they are on a nine-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.
Ahoskie Christian will be staying on the road on Tuesday to face off against New Life Christian Academy at 4:00 p.m. As for Pamlico Christian Academy, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on New Bern Christian Academy at 3:30 p.m. on April 8th.
