Soccer Recap: Hallandale Triumphs

It's playoff time, and Hallandale had no trouble coming through when it counted. While the 2-2 score might suggest a draw, it was the Hallandale Chargers who were credited with the victory on Tuesday. The Hallandale Chargers got it done in the shootout by posting five goals to the North Miami Beach Chargers's three. For Hallandale, this counts as revenge for the 2-0 win North Miami Beach walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January of 2024.

Hallandale's victory bumped their record up to 3-9-2. As for North Miami Beach, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-6.

Hallandale will square off against Don Soffer Aventura at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Hallandale's last three games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. North Miami Beach does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
