Trinity Christian starts off right with win over Lafayette Christian

The Trinity Christian Eagles had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They never let Lafayette Christian onto the board and left with a 9-0 victory on Friday. The final score was a far cry from the score of their previous head-to-head, which saw the teams combine for two goals.

Trinity Christian's offense was hitting Lafayette Christian from everywhere, as seven different players booted in a goal.

Trinity Christian will head out on the road to square off against Konos Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Lafayette Christian, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Trinity Christian at 6:00 p.m. on February 23rd.
