Sheridan Hills Christian put the finishing touches on their 11th blowout victory of the season on Thursday. They put the hurt on First Baptist Academy with a sharp 76-55 victory. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory Sheridan Hills Christian has posted since December 15, 2023.
Sheridan Hills Christian's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but AJ Seay led the charge by scoring 19 points along with five rebounds and four steals. Seay hasn't dropped below two steals for ten straight games. Elias Feliz was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 20 points and 12 rebounds.
Meanwhile, things could have been worse for Cristo Rey, but they could have been a whole lot better as they took a 58-39 loss to Horeb Christian last Wednesday.
Sheridan Hills Christian has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 14-4 record this season. As for Cristo Rey, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4.
