Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Heritage Christian Academy). They took their contest on Tuesday with ease, bagging a 93-38 win over Northland Christian. The Chargers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven matches by 23 points or more this season.

Heritage Christian Academy's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Landon Pittman, who went 10 of 13 on his way to 22 points in addition to six rebounds and five steals. That's the most steals Pittman has posted since back in January of 2024. Another player making a difference was Declan Schoff, who went 8 for 9 en route to 19 points along with five boards and five steals.

Heritage Christian Academy was working as a unit and finished the game with 25 assists. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now racked up at least 20 assists in four consecutive games.

Northland Christian's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Creed Carlson, who went 5 of 7 on his way to 10 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Caden Monnig, who posted 11 points.

Heritage Christian Academy is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 9-2 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 33.9 points. As for Northland Christian, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-10.

Heritage Christian Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 66-60 defeat against Bishop Seabury Academy on the 30th. As for Northland Christian, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 68-21 win against Heartland on the 30th.
