Ingalls came tearing into Friday's contest with 12 straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against the Bucklin Red Aces. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Bulldogs have posted since October 11th.

Olivia Stein paced Ingalls' offense, picking up 30 kills. Stein got some help from Jill Schmeeckle and her 26 assists. Stein was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

Ingalls' win bumped their record up to 35-5. As for Bucklin, with the defeat, they broke their seven-match winning streak and moved their record to 25-12.

Coincidentally, Ingalls and Bucklin will both be playing Dighton the next time they take the court. The Bulldogs will head out to face the Hornets at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Red Aces will play them later in the day, at 2:10 p.m.
