Softball Recap: West Comes Up Short

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact West can now relate to. They fell 5-2 to the Great Oak Wolfpack on Friday. The Warriors' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it three in a row.

West saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Bella Narez, who went 2-for-4 with one run.

West's loss dropped their record down to 17-10-1. As for Great Oak, their victory bumped their record up to 11-15.

West does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Great Oak, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 6-5 win against Rancho Cucamonga on the 16th.
